The only fair way to deal with this, deciding to use the dungeon finder tool (agreeing to be put together with a bunch of random people with different opinions and goals), is to let the majority rule. If you're in the minority on either side, suck it up and stop being entitled. If you absolutely insist on enjoying the game a specific way, you should make your own group, and not pair yourself with completely random people, risking being the only one who wants to enjoy the content your specific way.

Majority has a say, but not much control. If someone wants to watch the cut scenes, despite 7 wants not to there is nothing they can do about. That doesn't make the said person less considerate towards his random group members though. Again, you absolutely insist on playing a specific way, without compromise, you should make a group yourself, and not be an inconsiderate douchebag by either forcing the majority to skip cut scenes or being the minority enforcing your cut scenes on others.

Either you want to speed run, watch cut scenes or whatever else and the rest of the group don't agree, it's much more reasonable to do what the rest of the group wants. Or you could leave and make your own group. This is a multi player game, be thoughtful of what the rest of the group wants. It's not like any dungeon is labeled with THIS IS A SPEED RUN DUNGEON, or IF YOU SIGN UP FOR THIS YOU MUST AGREE TO WATCH CUT SCENES. Let the group majority decide, comply and be reasonable.

I can safely say that I am in the minority, I'm a tank and I'm always reasonable, if they want to do a speed run I'll leave and let them get another thank who shares the same mindset as them, which do you think will take longer the cut scenes or finding a new tank? because I can honestly say for me the next group will take me a minute or two at most from me hitting that que button.

What the minority is depends. I've been in groups where the majority wants to watch the cut scenes or kill all the trash or whatever. It's not what I personally want, but considering I decided to group up with complete strangers, I think it's only reasonable to stick around.
