Right click them and hit send tell
Copy the name it puts into chat
Paste the name into your blacklist or use /blist add (patse the name and remove the trailing space it adds)

Make a macro
/blist add <r>
This will add the last person who sent you a tell to your blacklist.

not as easy with a PS3 unless you have a keyboard, but im sure you have a solution for this as well? thanks

I'm on coeurl also, and having a conversation with someone is near impossible in the cities. I find myself going just outside the city just so I can communicate with the guild,even then I'm plagued with tells.

Exactly, and why submit a support form? no body looks at them anyways. been waiting on my preorder items to get bumped off beta account to my legacy account. I keep getting told to try back later.

If SE would allow me to post anywhere else as I stated in the OP I would have.... learn to read before you type anything that contradicts the OP... and really this is a huge problem and for PS3 it is alot hard to Blacklist people than on PC I have to manually write down the names on paper then input them into the blacklist feature... So ya its so awesome...
