    The WiFi router you are connecting to may be to blame as well. Perhaps it is blocking certain ports. Unfortunately if that's the case there may not be much you can do to change that being as it is unlikely you have admin rights to the router. Maybe if you were to connect to a proxy you could somehow circumvent the restrictions.

    I'm connected via ethernet, but I understand what you mean. I can go have a talk with the ISP which is the school itself, monday. I'm not sure what to tell them though, forward ports to address BLANK?

    Oh sorry, I thought you were connecting via WiFi. If they are willing to unlock those ports for the game..assuming they are indeed locked..then that should help.

    There is a chance they may have recently blocked those ports. They may have noticed an increase of network activity on those ports and decided to block it. Just a hypothesis, but seems plausible. Good luck.
