A Relic Reborn (Veil of Wiyu) quest bugged?

Gerolt told me to get a Materia-enchanted Erudite's Picatrix of Healing with two Savage Might Materia III, so I went and spent pretty much all of my gil and bought one. I then returned to Gerolt and to my dismay I couldn't turn the quest in.

I then spoke to him about the quest and he claimed I needed a 'Erudite's Picatrix of healing with two Quicktongue Materia III melded to it' so then I did a quick google and the guide I found says I require a Picatrix of casting...the hell is going on?

Its a typo, u have the right materia but the wrong book, healing book is for scholars

The quest says healing book. Its a bug, typo, whatever. Its still jacked.

Try lodging a support ticket/report about it. Not sure what they can or will do, but hopefully something. These kinds of typo bugs shouldn't exist. The QA guys need to get some sleep and focus so these aren't getting through and affecting the players so badly.

As general advice, always do a look on the forums when it comes to these special kinds of quests, just in case something is a little off about them.

And posts like this are what are what happens when you don't think. Legacy members don't necessarily need to have rushed at all to have been ready for the new version of the relic quest a WEEK AGO. I know if I hadn't decided to level ACN all the way through the main storyline, I would have been there on release day, or at the latest a day after.
