I'm in NYC, although my ISP is RCN. I've been battling with this issue since after the patch. It seems like something went haywire after they implemented it. I have been in contact with my ISP several times, and both times I've received the same information - that they are aware of the problem and that they have been receiving similar complaints from other customers. What truly surprises me is that Squeenix hasn't said one peep regarding this issue.
