Deaspected Crystals...

I'm talking about the recent item we getting since those arcanist started appearing. No one got them before. This first time ppl been talking about the items.

Yes they started to first drop off mobs and gathering nodes when the GM started showing up for the event.

The Storyline Quest and the dropping aspect-less crystals are two different things. First of all you plant FIRE crystals in Mor Dhona and get ASPECTLESS crystals back, but the are only for the quest. Now people are finding them on regular mobs and while gathering which would indicate that something important is in the works.

The color crystal needed was random for each person doing the storyline quest. I had to trade lightning to the ???. I think the point is the deaspected crystals have been important to what's going on from the very beginning.

Well, or course. In the storyline quest it even says that the beastmen value these crystals above all others.

We have deaspected crystals now...

What about Astral and Umbral Crystals? Arent we missing the "Light" and "Dark" from FFXI? We have astral/umbral everywhere else in the game..

And why arent these crystals stored in the crystals tab... Taking up important inventory with no use at this time... really bothersome.

There is a post about that in the items forum suggesting this to the devs.

No you first see deaspected crystals in Mor Dohna just sticking up out of the ground. You also get them in a couple of the storyline quests.

Those are called "Unaspected" btw.
