Not that it is impossible to create a character on a server but that it is impossible ofr somebody new to buy the game or create a character on a server that for whatever reason is popular and is thusly locked. Good luck getting on Ultros. My brother has been pressing refresh every three minutes SINCE LAUNCH. (minus times he may be sleeping during the afternoon and evening). Bump for SE response.
