Its like the dudes shouting in the fates in the level 25-30 area yesterday, they were shouting that EVERYONE was DUMB because those players dont realise if they let the npc lancer live, they break through a gate and the fate has an follow-up. Otherwise the fate stops after that part.

Instead of callling everyone names it could help to EXPLAIN to all thos players what to do... ...

Well I am not so sure about this approach.
I have been in situations where the tank has not been very good and our lancer took over keeping hate...

If anything the main person destroying the dungeons is the healer :P No one can survive if their HP goes to 0

If the tank dies, the healer follows, and finally the DDs I seen that happen in tam-tara when I got over zealous and ran ahead of my team, I died, then my team died, moral of the story is to keep up with everyone else.

If that fellow was from your server, blacklist them. If enough people blacklist someone it will impact their gaming. Karma will play a role. Also as others stated, report him.

You/he can always ditch them anyways and leave the dungeon, and sign up for another one

Oh I totally agree, everyone is important.
However I have been in situations where tank was dead and a good DD covered his duty while the tank was Swiftcast -> Raised....
Buuuutttt, I'm getting sidetracked
Usually when people start dying, regardless who it is, it is time to re-think the strategy

As a tank you would get a party again in a few seconds, just leave the pt and join a new one.
However, since there was only 1 guy in the party bashing, I would just ignore him and get the most out of it for the 2 other members.

Happens all the time sadly. I had an ACN pull out his Topaz Carbuncle because he didn't feel like waiting for my TP to regen and told me to learn how to tank. I thought it was funny considering he didn't know how to play as DPS.

I think the best thing would be to report 'em, yep. Though that said it's little wonder why people are not being tanks if they get shouted at for being new/needing to learn the dungeon. Always better to explain what to do to someone who doesn't get it then to just tell them they suck. Even the most resiliant tank is going to wonder what the hell is the point if it happens often enough. :/
