    *Sigh* what's the point of having a technical support thread if no moderator even responds? Also, I understand how popular the game has become...but why haven't they added more people to tackle online/over the phone support?

    If it helps, I saw a moderator respond to a "thank you" thread before he moved it to another forum from here. I haven't noticed a mod in any of the topics I've seen where there are actual issues being presented though.
