Stop posting this as a solution to changing your name. This is ONLY for people who had trouble changing their 1.0 characters names during their free remake.

This does not cover new 2.0 chars created on a 1.0 account, 1.0 chars that did not have this problem or 2.0 chars on 2.0 accounts with veteran rewards.

First off this is the first time I ever reposted this in any thread ever. Secondly The OP didn't specifically ask "which" name change option, so how was I supposed to know any different?

I have a question about its use. Does it start the CC process all over again or does it load the existing design and allow you to alter whatever you want? In my case I simply want to change the hair and eyes, not do a complete redesign. Wondering if I need to take notes on the design I have now before I use the phial.

This is a solution for a 1.0 account with 2.0 characters. I got to change my character's names today

Both. You can load a pre existing model or start from scratch.
