So I get my email with my new code, come home and BAM Sony is undergoing maintenance and I have no way to redeem my code..... This has got to be the biggest PUNK in history! Well played SE and Sony, well played............

I send mail to them and my problem has been fix, but they say "Status : Waiting for response".. so just close that contact right?

So, I registered to wrong service account blah blah blah, etc... Anyone know if I create a character on this new one while waiting for a response to add the CE to my original service account. Will this character get wiped? or will they merge it to my original service account?

Those of you who are getting PSN maintenance, did you try going to the PSN tab on the PS3 dashboard, account management, and redeem code? Instead of actually loading the PSN Store app. Can't promise anything, but it's worth a shot.

Have had an open ticket since the 30th, found out only today that I should apparently be trying to get on chat or phone, so I went ahead and got into the chat que the moment I got off work. Waited all the way through, till it hit 6:02 PDT, and the moment I hit number one it told me there were no available chat advisors and to try agin. Refreshed the page and of course, they are now closed. Urgh.
