Some companies decline chargebacks. If they can prove you received the game and are playing it then they can dispute it. Chargebacks aren't a magical free money thing. As someone that has actually dealt with chargebacks I know, some people will agree to repair fees then try to charge it back after the fact. Unless you have fraud charges on your account you shouldn't be issuing chargebacks. card providers charge an extra fee to the company that took the order, doing that rather than trying to get a refund first is kind of a jerk move. Also if you bought it from somewhere else SE still get's the money, the chargeback would go to the retail store not SE.
