I purchased the CE version but I never got a moogle cap and the sith doll? O.O I only got the Helm of light,baby behemoth and,couerl and behemoth barding. You'll get the items in mail in game :3 ~ You have to look for the delivery moogle :3

Moogle Cap and Sith Doll was something you got from pre-ordering the game. I received my early access code in my mail from Game, and redeemed it at: http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/us

However, I believe these codes were only given to ppl who bought it from an online retailer. I doubt physical stores had codes to give out if you placed a pre-order from their store...

Ok...I too purchased the collector's edition and....for all that money spent I am VERY angry I cannot get the items that everyone else is having so much fun with now. The moogle claims it has no letters for me or whatnot so WHERE are my items?! On the Mog Station page all the items are listed as being activated on my account, yet all I can seem to get is the stupid Onion Helm....so I am quite frustrated. Every time I ask someone all they say is to check with the stupid moogle... does anyone have a real answer? Please help Thanks....
