Okay, so there are still people who are having issues? This is horseshit. it's been over a week with 4 emails sent in last week. Still open with no replies or help. I'm getting sick of this service, granted I know they're swamped and working hard, but come the fuck on.
I had a considerably lucky experience, I was just about to give up on the last chat window I had open. A tech support rep answered and was relatively quickly only asking me for my first name and my account name. He escalated the issue and gave the common talk about having the issue take up to two weeks. This all happened yesterday, I'm desperately checking my email and waiting tentatively. Good luck to all who are still in the same shitty positions waiting for help.
3 hours on hold for phone support. No one has picked up yet. Have to leave in 50 mins. Hope to get help today havnt got to play for my free 7 days. Going on my time now.

Well, got queued in at position 189, waited two hours to get to position 1 and got "There are no agents available to chat with you right now. Please try again later." The whole time I waited my position and wait time was bouncing back and forth. One moment I'd be queued at 30, then 31, then 32 and then back down to 30. The point at which yOjiMbOoO wrote that he was queued at 3rd, I had been queued for more that an hour and they clearly entered the queue after me. Nothing against yOjiMbOoO, of course (in fact, I hope you got through and got it fixed, yOjiMbOoO), but what good is having a place in a queue if it's not even handled in order? This is utter bullshit but what option do I have other than to try again!?
how did you guys get your 7 free days? i've been checking my mog station and it still doesnt show it added in yet.
I watched the mog station carefully. What they did is to apply the 7 free days to any ACTIVE account. Meaning for most of us, that would be service account 2. Which took me at that time from being down I think it was 7 days to back to the full 30 days on service account 2. But nothing on account 1, since that one had the time expired. When I finally got my account fixed today they told me that I received the full 30 days (it had been down to 28) again because it was set up as a new trial. Therefore, as far as I can tell, no matter what you have done before they fix it, after they fix it, you'll be sitting at 30 free days on service account 1. At least that's the way I understand it.
Lol I can't believe I'm still trying.
