    Finally got into the call center, sat on hold for over 2.5 hours, and had an awesome conversation and quick solution from Jeff. Makes that long hold not so bad now. I was't sure if I was going to be able to get away much longer staying on the line waiting, but he picked up just in time. Wish I could let them know what a good job he did.

    Now just to patch and I'll be back in.

    I'm a bit worried. I haven't really had the time to contact customer support until yesterday, but I put my first ticket in last Tuesday when I noticed I had two service accounts. I put another in when they opened up a help request for this particular problem last week. From what I can tell, mostly those who have had their problem escalated have seen results (for NA PS3, that is). Hopefully I can get through the live chat today to at least get an escalation.

    I got mine escalated two days ago too, haven't gotten any notification from SE and my mog station hasn't been updated, and I obviously still can't get in. I don't know

    If you don't mind waiting in a queue again, go for it. It seems as long as you didn't buy it thru PSN they should be able to fix it pretty soon. They may just tell you your ticket has been escalated and there is nothing else they can do. I dunno... Been 2 days for me as well but since I bought it from PSN I'm kind of expecting it to be longer.
