Steps: Party wipe to the ADS caused a perpetual black loading screen making the party unable to revive at the entrance.
Still stuck, the bodies are starting to get ripe!

The respawn mechanic of Turn-2 needs to be fixed, because if it fails (is what happened for whatever reason) it keeps you dead and doesn't respawn you because the triggering doesn't fire anymore. I assume its something similiar to "8th player HP goes from >0 to =0 then trigger respawn" but when the system fails to revive and return us to the entrance, it just keeps us dead there with no way to possibly revive, return to HP or dungeon entrance etc. It then decides you abandoned the instance at the same time and removes the instance timer.
I know return is disabled because of how the Turn is designed but you really need to have a way to fix this.
Since this has happened twice to me, ive been stuck dead in Turn2 for nearly a total of 30 hours since the game has entered early access 12 days ago which is more time than when i've been locked out of the server due to login issues.
IT'S NOW BEEN WHAT, 15 HOURS NOW? CAN I PLEASE RELEASE MY CORPSE AND GET OUT OF COIL TURN 2. PLEASE. I'D LIKE TO ACTUALLY PLAY THE GAME.
Could we please get some kind of response? We've all sent multiple GM calls with absolutely no response. This is completely unbelievable.
Approaching 16hours...this is the customer support you'd expect in FFXI under Tanaka, not Yoshi-p. Come on guys..
Actually approaching 19 hours.
This is hands down my worst customer support-related experience in any game to date. Not even a simple, "Please be patient while we investigate the issue." Just nothing.
Bump for you guys. This seems ridiculous.
