i just got my ticket escalated i hope this issue gets fixed soon not in 2 weeks. square enix had been good to me before so i hope this is just a a phase and it is resolved quickly. im a former FF11 player and they always fixed issues right away for me. hope it works out this time. oh by the way im on PS3 NA.

Neither of these numbers work.
I got my ticket escalated two days ago.
People have already gotten their PS3 code, some already in chat on the same day, some a day later.
I'm starting to worry that I won't get one.
Maybe I'm just being a little impatient?
Should I try to come in contact with someone?
Should I just wait?
Well i've already returned this POS, however I just got an email from square enix. I thought, hey i bet this is my code. I mean my ticket was escalated a week ago. Nope, It was a message from square letting me know that the link i posted to the kotaku article listing how horrible this launch is was in violation of some kind of bs user agreement. and if i wasnt a good boy i might get banned from playing....hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah
I've been in the chat queue since 1:30PM EST. the last two days. Everytime It get's closed(it closed at 3:29PM EST). I swear to god it never works. and I've triple fucking checked and it IS my ticket number. Any Suggestions before I just lose all hope?
