There's a difference between telling someone they're bad and being a completely abusive a-hole.

That being said, the best way to combat these a-holes is to simply call them out publicly with screenshots, so people will want to avoid them. Don't cross out the names, let everyone know loud and clear who they are and what kind of person they are.
