    If you go by level range, one would assume they would drop from the Dzemael Darkhold now. That's what I heard (rumours), but I haven't been there yet, so I cannot confirm or deny the rumours.

    Back in 1.21, the 4 pieces (caster pants, melee pants, caster body, melee body) were rare-ish (30%) drop from 4 specific Faction Leves added near the end of the game.

    Yes they drop from Darkhold along with the Templar, Harlequin, Swashbuckler, and Sentinel gear...
