If you made your ticket through EU support, you will have to make another for NA then do the dreaded queue wait.

My original ticket should be correct but I'll double check. However, when I go to NA Support the link for Chat Support isn't even there, only E-mail.

Im slowly getting annoyed, every chat queue ends up saying agent unavailable..., Atleast they added 7 days to the right service account.

Yay, after 2 hours on hold on the phone, got my account fixed within about 2 minutes.

Merged my PC CE account onto my first account, and it showed up instantly in Mog Station.

NA player here, they just verify your information and then perform the move right there on the phone with you. Good luck everyone else!
