I absolutely cannot fucking believe this. Just sat in the chatroom queue for 5 hours. FIVE, FUCKING, HOURS. Making sure I didn't miss my chance to fix a week old ticket request. I get down to 10 in the queue, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 stalls for a good 10 minutes. Then I get this beauty of a message.
