I used my fantasia potion to re-do my character. I was switching between menus and its a very clunky setup. GUESS WHAT! Accidently hit accept when I wasn't done. I thought it switched to the next menu.

I need a GM to reset my fantasia potion so I can do it again. This is absolutely crazy. I will quit this game if I have to look the way I do right now.

Why don't you just sell appearance changes in a cash shop? Then I can handle it myself. Unfortunately, they randomly have it so you can only do it once.

Welcome to the world of customer service. Its a place where self entitlement and unreasonable demands are reinforced and rewarded. My company gets screwed-over all the time due to idiots on the internet. We pay for their mistakes and their outright lies. Lord help us the day someone says no to a customer because "I'm going to report you to the better business bureau!" etc. Or we get charge backs from jerks who order the wrong part and then refuse to pay for shipping for their return to get their refund. Companies usually always lose at this crap.

Congratulations on ignoring the confirmation screen, that requires you to press "yes" to accept your changes. This is totally SE fault, they are absolutely to blame for you not paying attention to what you are clicking. You should quit... that will learn em!

Please don't quit OP. This game needs you or it will surely fail. Your fees are going to make or break the development of ffxiv if you just leave us your majesty. Please reconsider...
