Seeking Free Company (Diabolos)

I am currently a level 39 Monk on Diabolos server and I am seeking a friendly FC to play with.
I live on the east coast(US), I generally play 3 or 4 days during the week, around 5pm until, as for weekends I devote as much time as my gf allows to FF. I have played a few other mmos, and I have found that mmos only tend to be as good as the group of people you play them with. That said I am mostly seeking to finish leveling and figuring out all the ins and outs of being a good dps in FF, then I will focus on end game stuff.

Only requirement at this point, since the game is still new, would be that you are a mature and respectable person while interacting with anyone else in the FC.
