    Got the code emailed to me as well, thankfully. Yes, just have to enter it on the PSN store/redeem code area. Than go into the game, and make sure you are on the correct Service Account (Service Account 1), than scroll down to hit NEXT. Wish I saw that the first time, damn game.

    EDIT: Forgot to add a thank you. So, thank you.

    I put a ticket in on monday night, called tuesday morning to have it escalated. Received the email with new voucher at 10:20PM EST. Didn't know I got it till I checked my email this morning. Was a big surprise.

    I hope everyone else gets a fix very fast.

    purchase: physical or digital SE or CE
    vendor: PSN/Amazon, etc
    Region: EU/NA
    date of escalation: when available
    contact option used: call/chat both, email, others
    received via: email/XMB
    code received on : mm/dd/yyyy and time if any.
    code type: 12 digit or 20digit
    ticket status and indicated platform: sample: closed/Windows
    other problems encountered(if any): sample: Preordered on PSN last AUG15-17 and got locked out
