    So, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I registered to forums specifically for this...

    Support won't be responding in 48 hours.

    I have a ticket that was submitted 6 days ago, got the "respond in 48 hours" email 5 days ago, taking on phone support tomorrow. Good luck with your ticket.

    I just want to play too

    I have the exact same problem but I am in Canada. I pre-ordered my copy on June 13th and I got an email on August 20th saying it was shipped. Still no copy and I can't track it either. I also tried making a support ticket but I haven't received an answer from support either. I hope we still get the free seven days.

    Why haven't you people chargebacked yet? It is unacceptable to buy a copy of a game, missing the early access, missing the game start, customer support not responding, and probably missing 7 free days too.
    Mass chargeback is the ONLY way they will understand you are serious and maybe can make them change their methods.

    Well, I could still have done early access and the open beta. It was only when the game actually launched and you needed the registration code, that I could no longer play. So at least for me I didn't miss out on beta and early access because of not getting my copy.
    However I do feel that the lack of support is unacceptable. Especially as we have paid. I also assumed, perhaps incorrectly, that pre-ordering the game two months in advance would insure I would receive the game by launch.

    If I haven't received the game by next week and haven't heard back from support I will chargeback and buy it again maybe. I do really want to play it.

    I can't speak for everyone else, but I was actually able to play in beta 4 and early access. I just got the wrong region game code (digital download) and I'm hesitant to chargeback and buy elsewhere simply because well.. I can't find anywhere else I -can- buy. I've looked! So if I want to play, this ticket is my only option at this point. And I don't want to make a new account just to use my code, because the servers I'm on are locked for character creation. It's a vicious cycle.

    On a "positive" note , even if you had the game you would most likely be hit by one of the dozens of errors we have and barely be able to play , unless you are very lucky.
    Now on a not so positive note , don;t trust their " we will reply in the next 48 hours " first time i had to contact them it took 2 and a half week to reply AFTER i got the " We receive your message we will contact you in the next 48 buiness hour ".

    Only thing you can really do is wait , call the company that ship your product ( You said you didn't get a tracking number but in your e-mail that confirm your purchase you should have one if not this method won't work ) or cancel your order and go to your local game shop and buy it there.

    Good luck i hope you receive it soon and i hope you won't get too much errors/lag when you get to play ^_^

    I did receive a tracking code but a couple days after the game shipped I could no longer track it. When I tried an "untraceable" message popped up. I have stalked the forums and it seems that others are having the same problem with the tracking not working. I know you are talking to Silkerin but I believe that even if she had the tracking number it probably wouldn't work.

    Here's to hoping this gets sorted out soon for everyone!

    indeed... no luck cant even know if it will be official post delivery or other delivery company that will bring the game..

    had I known this would happen I would have bought both digital and physical copies...


    ooh yeah.. if square actually replies to any of us.. I ask you to post the answer here as well.. of course if possible... XD

    Do any of you who had this problem live in the US? I know when I order out of country sometimes customs can be a S.O.A.B. when it comes to getting things at a decent time in the mail.
