    can i request for some info on those who received their ps3 codes?

    problem: wrong service account
    purchase: SE or CE
    vendor: PSN/Amazon, etc
    Region: EU/NA
    date of escalation: when available
    [EDIT] contact option used: call/chat both, email, others
    received via: email/XMB
    code received on : mm/dd/yyyy and time if any.
    [EDIT]: code type: 12 digit or 20digit
    [EDIT] ticket status and indicated platform: sample: closed/Windows
    other problems encountered(if any): sample: Preordered on PSN last AUG15-17 and got locked out

    Sure: I am on PC. The only thing I see changed is that Kristian H added time to the accidentally created account (Service Account 2). My character is on Service Account 1, which remained inactive while Service Account 2 has 29 days remaining. So, I can't play my lvl 20, or even log on with it since it's in "Inactive" status, while Service Account 2 is sitting pretty with 29 days.

    EDIT: Here's how the conversation went:
    Agent Kristian H: Hello and thank you for contacting SQUARE ENIX Customer Support. Just a few moments while I review your question, please.
    Agent Kristian H: While I look over your ticket information, may I have your first name please?
    You: Mike, or Michael
    Agent Kristian H: Thank you Mike one moment
    Agent Kristian H: So you Registered the game code to the wrong Service account, Is that Correct?
    You: Correct!
    Agent Kristian H: Ok do you have another ticket pertaining to this issue
    You: Yes
    You: A few actually
    Agent Kristian H: just one please
    You: 2688903
    Agent Kristian H: Before we can further assist you with this issue, we're going to need you to verify this account first.
    Please provide us with the following information:
    Agent Kristian H: Ok that verified the account give me a few minutes while i get everything sorted out for you
    You: Thank you so much!
    Agent Kristian H: Ok all done everything is fixed Are there any different issues I can assist you with right now?
    You: So, service acct 2 is gone, and service acct 1 has all the time now?
    Agent Kristian H: Service account 2 is still there and will be remove but for right now service account 1 is good to go

    TY Rutsahl, think in my cousin's case it's just best to set him up a whole new account. I'd rather just try to keep both CE services but with my luck my cousin would lose out if I tried.

    Wow Kontralire that is just odd, the only thing I can say is put another ticket/contact fiasco and I know you probably don't want to go through that again. It should have been fixed by the agent, hmm anyone else know of this issue happening to someone else?
