code received on : mm/dd/yyyy and time if any.
[EDIT]: code type: 12 digit or 20digit
[EDIT] ticket status and indicated platform: sample: closed/Windows
other problems encountered(if any): sample: Preordered on PSN last AUG15-17 and got locked out

Sure: I am on PC. The only thing I see changed is that Kristian H added time to the accidentally created account (Service Account 2). My character is on Service Account 1, which remained inactive while Service Account 2 has 29 days remaining. So, I can't play my lvl 20, or even log on with it since it's in "Inactive" status, while Service Account 2 is sitting pretty with 29 days.Kontralire so essentially nothing was fixed in your account? Are you pc or ps3? I'm assuming pc since the agent was able to help you on spot, but that is weird and it's the first time i've heard of that in this forum. Is there any additional information you could give us?

TY Rutsahl, think in my cousin's case it's just best to set him up a whole new account. I'd rather just try to keep both CE services but with my luck my cousin would lose out if I tried.

Wow Kontralire that is just odd, the only thing I can say is put another ticket/contact fiasco and I know you probably don't want to go through that again. It should have been fixed by the agent, hmm anyone else know of this issue happening to someone else?
