Are you sure that EU PS3 players have had this fixed through CS? I don't remember seeing any PS3 players get it fixed yet and I have been here since the 1st page. I actually posted about this on the 26th.All right to update everyone from all the info from here; If you are PC (no matter what region) your problem will be fixed incredibly fast, Now if you are a PS3 User from the EU there have been some individuals that have gotten their problem fixed by the CS reps, PS3 users from NA at the moment are pretty much in the dark (it will take up to two weeks to fix).
Rasa it was around page 650ish I believe, someone said that their PS3 EU problem was fixed

i'm one of the persons from europe who got their problem solved...more and less...i got my refund today and the free game i think i'll have it tomorrow...i don't know if the problem with NA ps3 versions is the same that we had in europe (here was digital faulty copies bought on psn on 27/ 28 august)...but i really think you should contact SONY support and not SE support...for my problem SE didnt said nothing...it was Sony all the time.go to playstation na forum...someone will help you like they helped me and others....

I don't mind at all.
As far as the EU vs. NA it looks like the SENA take longer to get the tools in play, so hopefully by Friday this will be fixed. Until then I will not be contacting SE support. I would rather them focus on fixing everyone else that is not PS3. For the good of the game and all that.
(Thank God I am at least lvl 41, so it won't be a long journey to 50 when it finally gets fixed)

Has anyone asked to also apply an additional 7 free days to their service account? I feel like asking...
I know the feeling Rasa, I don't even want the whole "I want to play NOW", I just want to know what's going on which is something that SE holds very close to their chest. I'm halfway to 50 then it's off to work on crafting/gathering hopefully more info comes our way.
