    What are your sub skills as Warrior?

    I just hit level 50 as warrior and wondering what subskills do you guys use to tank?
    Out of 5 I'm taking
    - Featherfoot
    - Second Wind (want to change this but i don't really have other choice atm)
    - Internal Release
    - Convalescence
    - Flash (Also want to take this out for better skill)

    Hopefully I will level my Gladiator and Pugilist to get Awareness and Mantra.

    What are your choices and reasons?

    Currently I use the following:

    Flash
    Convalescence
    Internal Release
    Second Wind
    Featherfoot

    I will likely sub out Second Wind for Provoke once I level Gladiator once more (at level 21 now). Debating subbing one other for Haymaker but not sure which. Possibly Flash even though I use that quite often.

    While I'm not 50 just yet, I use;

    Flash
    Featherfoot
    Internal Release
    Second Wind

    I plan on keeping second wind for two reasons. 1, I think it's that much more you can do to help the healer. Granted it's not much but can be a lifesaver in a sudden emergency. 2, from what I've seen on provoke, I don't find it necessary for another single target (at least my impression was it was single target) aggro since just by using the Skull Sunder/Butcher's Block combo I can build all the aggro I need.

    Do you guys really think Flash is good skill? I rather use overpower to do dmg and agro.

    I like overpower more, but flash is nice in that it uses MP vs TP. Since there's not much if anything that a WAR/MRD uses MP for, it makes it really handy if you're low on TP but want to build some aggro, especially on multiple targets like adds.

    I like using Flash, then Overpower then Flash again when I get 3+ enemies and I know that my current DPS members will not follow the marked targets.

    Also, Flash is really great for when you have BLM sleeping targets as it doesn't wake them up.

    These aren't optimal probably.

    Flash might be the best cross-class skill:
    - use mana instead of TP
    - agro mobs behind you, unlike Overpower's cone shape
    - build agro on mobs without breaking Sleep
    Overpower is fine. I use it more than Flash. But you really want both.

    Provoke seems pretty important, though I've had trouble getting it to work sometimes. It's a situational thing.

    Second Wind I like, but would take out in a heartbeat if there was something better. Same for Featherfoot. Convalescence is probably closest one to getting cut at the moment.

    Will have to look more into Internal Release and Haymaker -- I may have overlooked those previously. Edit: Looked em up. Haymaker is going to come in for Convalescence it looks like. I'm mostly dungeon tanking, so focusing on defensive stuff. Having a slow would be nice - with damage tacked on no less. Depending how often I can land it will determine if it gets to stay. Internal Release looks fine if I want to go more offensive at some point - probably replacing Provoke cause assuming not dungeon tanking at that point.

    Another big plus for Flash is that it is usable while under the effects of Pacification from Berserk so you are free to use Berserk with less fear of being unable to build enmity for those 5 seconds.

    That's a good point. I'm always not using Berserk because I'll lose Enmity.
