    i kinda felt he was in a hurry to disconnect me ASAP. Didn't have the chance to ask whether i get the additional 7 days on my service account 1 when it gets fixed.. oh well
    Best part, he left before I could even thank him for taking the time to help me. I work in Customer Service and if I treated anyone like that person treated me, I would be fired on the spot.

    But I guess that is the norm at SE. I knew it coming into this game, but hoped I would never have to deal with it. Totally absurd how this is being handled. All it would take is a Head CSR coming into this thread and explaining in great detail why the wait is occurring and problem across the board would be solved. Many of us wouldn't be contacting them and they would be able to focus on the problems at hand.

    Then again, that is the intelligent solution not the convoluted one.

    It wouldn't be so bad if I could even be allowed to wait for help.

    I haven't even been able to connect to the chat servers once to get put in a queue, even though I've had the tab open for hours. I've also called the phone number 50+ times and still get nothing but a busy signal.

    Waiting in line I can deal with, but constantly trying over and over again with no results is making me pull my hair out.

    Been on hold for 2 hours with support when it stopped dining and playing automated messages. Is that normal? Do I have to redial and start another 2 hour run? T__T

    I'm a PS3 user and I managed to get a hold of live chat Agent Thomas A yesterday + also called in to make sure I understand everything.

    Pretty much everyone who was escalated will still be escalated whether or not your ticket is closed/open (Thomas A said that it's harder to keep track of so just keep checking e-mail/Mogstation instead of the tickets), it'll only make things harder to solve if people spam the tickets, but for now we wait and keep checking Mogstation... (I still don't have my accounts fixed.) Thomas A said that they won't be merging the accounts. They will delete Service Account 2 and register Service Account 1, which means you will get your 30 days free + the 7 days tacked onto it. I hope this helps. D:

    Well ladies and gentlemen I finally got through to live chat. I'm a north American user. I re-queued at 12:05 EST and got to a tech at 13:39. From yesterday and today I have combined 13 hours of waiting for chat support. Today was such a relief.

    I am a PC user with collectors edition... The tech name was Austin. P. He fixed my issue in 2 minutes. He added a new code to my original service account and that was it. Mog station was updated right away. All is good in the world. But I never got the bonus 7 days but I don't really care about that to be honest.

    This has been a horrendous experience but I'm finally past one hurdle. I joined at 200 pages and it is now 700. I doubt I'll be coming back on this thread as often, I'll see whoever is on behemoth server! Good luck to everyone!

    P. S if you need any help or if confused about something... Post it and if I see it I'll get back to you or someone else in this lovely thread will

    just canceled out of chat after 1.5 hrs. knew something was fishy when it went from 60 to 11 in less than five minutes. back to 220 in queue. oh, also i was on hold waiting for customer service on the phone for an hour and a half before ending in just silence...connected to call, but nothing/noone on the other side.

    Just waited in the online LiveChat for 2 hours. Started as 100th in queue @ 12:00 EST, got down to 28th, and then got the message that no agents were available...

    Hit Back on my browser and resubmitted, and now I'm 280.. WTF SE
