Only one community member/moderator post in this thread too. Seems, the whole technical support forum is a waste, would at least expect a few mods posting to people's threads to help them out, or give them proper info to do what they have to, to fix their issues.
Woohoo got mine fixed today in NA called the support line right at 12pm EST and it was resolved before I got off the phone 25 min later. Only had to hold for a rep 17min.
Holy crap 700 pages and counting. Any new success stories today?
I don't see why they even put it on the PS3 if they can't even take care of the issue as fast as they are doing now with the PC users lol.
I gave Agent Austin the link for the EU blog regarding digital orders through PSN getting refunded. He said he would pass it along to see if something similar could be done. Not holding my breath but at least it's something. No new information otherwise.
Sony has to provide square enix with a whole new bunch of keys, so unless thats priority at sony we will be waiting forever. Thats why i initially suggested that maybe we should spam sony.
Alright, I give up. lol Only because thanks to the new server adds, the one I originally played on opened up for character creation again (finally!) So I'm just starting over instead of waiting possibly two weeks (ps3 user). To those of you with CE items that you can't access now, I wish you luck, since you actually paid for those.Anyways, closed tickets, I'm done with this mess of CS. Good luck to everyone else!
While all my friends are now able to go on the server that we all agreed to play on I'm the highest level but not able to go in and help them in dungeons, I wish I could create threads but sadly my characters is not registering due to inactive. Feels like ps3 are the second class citizens here. Oh EU gets theirs done quicker; guess what NA wait two weeks!
