I refuse to believe either company at this point, but the only finger as of now that I can point at is Sony. If not, shame on square for singling out PS3 players. I'll take what Customer Support says with a grain of salt. Both of them.
Sounds more like "I don't know whats going on, so I'll just use my limited knowledge and make it the will of the company" to me ._.
Just checked the mogstation as well! My accounts finally been merged and I got the full free 30 days added to my primary service account!

This is total garbage that both square and sony are pointing to each other. I have a bad feeling that those of us on PS3 are gonna use up the free 7 days and still not have any resolution...
We aren't getting free days on ps3. Was stated earlier the 7 days are for registered service accounts only. If you register before the 9th you get 37 free days instead of the usual 30. So in other words we are still fucked for the time being.
Are you sure? I thought I saw that 7 were going to all service accounts and then an additional 7 to those registered prior to the 9th.
if ur mogstations closed for maintainance then they might be in progress of fixing ur account right now as we speak
