Losing Faith In Company

Hello Boy/Girl fan club based I know this comes to a shocker That once again this company has place us with great hope by adding more servers in which they did I appealed that this was the right thing to do.

Now on to the main note of the topic issues we all Know Final Fantasy XIV Reborn has million's of fans and players could possibility could Rival Blizzard one day if they could manage for a minute not to screw something else up. I employ that Square Onix stop siting on there ass and figure out what to do about these issue's.

Some Head Department be is janitor or Toilet Bowl washer something or someone need to say hey I play this game and I have friends and family playing and they have issue wih the game this is happening. By going and reading all forums and post and trying to login myself I come to a conclusion that you as a company are not meeting the needs of the customer. as a old British man said to me once the Customer is always right. So pull your head's out of your asses and do this for up either you can put ur thumb up your whooo hooo hole and spin on them on correct the issue.

Issue one with maintenance `10hrs - People are not able to log out of there chars need to do a reboot on all servers along with make sure that you kick each char out
god forbid if this company misses one they have all records of our players

Another one is 1017 monster not allowing us to login we understand there is a issue with after this but you as a company forgot to add something when u took servers down a afk kicker after 15 minutes now people started there bad habbits again you say you will be monitoring them when you not. should have added a afk boot program now if you don't have one i can sell you mine you can ad into you programing but as a cost I don't come cheap.
So a few more things we still have that 90k monster issue along with a few others which your company doesn't want to address but in due time you will need to address them or your company will regret them later. There is alot more but the one We all like to know is this Why are we only getting 7 days extended when you should stop our timers since it came with the purchase until yo fix issue and after you do fix them you can reset timers for the 30 for new players and 44 for legacy.

All these great ideas.. I'd like to know when you head your first MMO because I am pretty sure its gonna be a WoW killer.

Hell if i had the money and the backing I would make Blizzard and SE wished they never made errors i was test the hell out of my game and just no the on weekend bull crap i would rough test this game for everything its worth and before putting it on market i give them 90 day free trail so in that time frame if anything comes up i said step on that bug and make it your 3itch and fix it for my customers and if i know we will have ton's of customer's i rather be prepared and double or possibility triple my servers just in case have them prompt and rdy to put on cause I love games i started playing mmo when i was 7 and trhats well over 20 years now

Clearly, I can see those past years were spent well. Also I didn't realize there were MMO's 20+ years ago, I'm sure that's invaluable experience for today's gaming.

Mods can we lock, or remove this entire thread? This doesn't belong in Technical Support. Or anywhere on the forums really.
