I mistakenly registered my game activation code to a new service account rather than my existing one. Put in a ticket one week ago and this morning got an email saying they couldn't deal with it quickly enough so they were cancelling it outright.

Because apparently the problem will go away by itself??

I got into the queue for chat support. Waited two hours, got to number 1 in queue, and then "Status: Cancelled. There is no one available to deal with your blah blah".

Ok???

Maybe I'll call instead. I don't have a landline phone and calls to 0870 numbers are charged at 41p per minute. Friends I've spoken to mention being on hold for hours before they get through to someone, so no, I'm not going to get a £25+ extra slapped onto my mobile bill for one damn call.

I've put in another email ticket but I'm quite frankly extremely fed up. I don't mind waiting for it to be sorted but a week later and my ticket being cancelled just takes the piss?? Combined with all the problems logging in (which today's upgrade or whatever haven't seemed to fix), my patience is really wearing thin.
