    "HA! FUCK YOU, WE ALREADY HAVE YOUR MONEY! 3102!" - Square Enix and the entire dev team.

    It's amazing they cannot deliver on a very simple promise. The ability to just play the damn game. It's over all insulting and sad to watch them struggle with the basic core function of this game. Well, that's another $50 Square-Enix stole from me... /eyes CE of FFXIV 1.0 gathering dust on shelf.

    I play it normal tonight? What happen to you? Regarding to that 3012 code, simply reset your comp or wait 10-15 mins to log in back, problem solved...No need to thank me and bye.

    I did and it didn't work. It now tells me NA/EU is down, JP is down and error 1017.
    Any other solutions miss know it all?

    Oh, I made the mistake of getting it through Amazon. So, as I stated, they already have my money. The only thing I could possibly do is file a fraud report with my credit card company.

    Amazon will refund your money if you explain the situation, I was able to get a refund from them. I'm glad I bought from Amazon, I doubt SE will be giving refunds.

    I'm not sure where you're getting the idea Amazon doesn't offer refunds. You could issue a chargeback (this isn't a fraud report), just don't be surprised when you want to play again and SE banned your account because of it. Amazon would very likely ban your account as well.

    Filing a fraud report is serious, and doesn't cover "I'm inconvenienced because logging on is frustrating". In fact, you can be charged for filing a false claim, so tread lightly.
