    So many responses but the true fact is my friends still can't create a new character in the same world as me. Your arguments make you sound so stupid. Are the issues fixed? No!

    However, as many have pointed out if you would just take a moment to read. They stated they were going to keep these restrictions in place and release them as the day goes on based on traffic to keep from having too much server congestion and to make sure everything remains stable.
