I dont think he is saying they said anything. It just makes the most sense to allow for transfers when there are new servers. Otherwise characters on the current, overpopulated, servers will never see the light of day. That is basically the point of adding new servers in almost any situation.

Logic says free transfer, make these full capped worlds breath. I would move to new world at a heartbeat. What they did didn't fix anything about the full servers.

Well until they release an official statement saying that they will you should leave logic out of it. You'll only be getting your hopes up and shot down if it doesn't happen.

They added capacity to the Duty Finder servers which means they can lift the population restrictions they implemented during EA.
They are fixing the issues. Read the patch notes as well. They're going to keep throttling until later today to make sure everything is stable. People may still get 1017 until things even out.

Yep, if people only read. Most of these threads would probably wait until the allotted time. ( That's a bold statement though :P).

Not only did the patch seem to fix nothing. it seems that a lot of people are still getting the dreaded 1017,2002, and 90000. Now on top of that people including myself are getting error 3102. which boots you off the game and when you go to sign in, it leaves you with a message that you're still logged in and will say this for around a hour (in my case)

However, as many have pointed out if you would just take a moment to read. They stated they were going to keep these restrictions in place and release them as the day goes on based on traffic to keep from having too much server congestion and to make sure everything remains stable.

i got on no problem 10 mins ago, as long as the severs are stable more and more will get in, at least the q system works now.

I hate to be a Debbie Downer but you most likely got in so quickly due to the lack of people being online early in the morning (early in the morning being a relative phrase). Even during the busiest of times I was able to log in during these times.

Also, I think even though we weren't told we would receive server transfers that there is a certain expectation to be met for the quality of life for the players of this game.
