Since the servers are up now, could any europeans who are awake and not at work go check if these issues are improved with the server upgrades?

I'm not running wireless either, fully wired, still having issues. I'm like the others stated not only having issues with aoe (though mostly); My skills are activating slowly when I use them as well. I'm finding it hard to believe that people are having no issues, as I very rarely have latency issues in other games and have an excellent internet connection.
It does very much concern me, as I still notice the delay almost the same way I did back then. It's still possible to leave the AoE range of mobs and be hit anyway. It may be a minor issue while leveling up, but I can't imagine it'll be any different in dungeons and stuff.
Before the new betas I was expecting actual EU servers, which is why I moved to Ragnarok originally. Then we learned there's only gonna be JP and NA servers, and that's just stupid if you ask me. It almost feels as if we wouldn't matter. It sure makes a difference in latency if the server is just 'around the corner', or all the way across the ocean.
So yea, definitely wanting EU servers located in Europe! Otherwise you could just as well call them NA servers just like the rest of 'em! It is very much misleading if you think about it, a while ago some person was under the impression the servers were located in Germany (oh that would be sweet), so chances are high people are not even fully aware of this silliness.
I don't want a European datacenter. I want a European datacentre. If it's gonna be in Europe, it should have the English spelling of the name, not the American one.
Tell you what, if they did have servers in Germany we would have had a launch as smooth as butter. They are so incredible efficient at handling data centres. Although for my own selfish reasons I would want them in the UK.
"What's in a name? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet."
I believe an englishman said that.

100k Internet, still get hit by stuff i shouldn't. Still see, when Ifrit knockes every Melee back that everyone besides me, gets knocked back a second or two later than me. Thats annoying in fairly easy content but i am certain it ruined a few chimera trys for us.
With the amount of euro players, i would find a data center for us just fair. I wouldn't care if they were in Germany, France, England or Poland.
This, why should we pay the same amount of money (or even more) than american or japanese players and have to bare with this constant lag ?

I'm getting 104ms ping to the Cerberus server, from the UK. 102ms to Leviathan. Usually for online games I would like the ping <60ms but this is an RPG game but still.. if the EU servers were located IN the EU somewhere those pings would be at least cut in half, if not by a lot more.
My ping test to some UK servers yesterday was around 10ms so my connection is fine. I was totally shocked to find out the the EU servers were in Canada. I guess we EU people should either have to pay less or have the servers located over here so we can get the same quality of service as the rest of the world has.
Even if the servers were hosted on the east coast of US my pings to there are as "low" as 80ms so it would still be an improvement. But really the EU servers for a P2P game should be located IN EU, we are paying for them after all!
Yes please.
I personally believe that SE will only consider it, once they see how many europeans actually sub after the free 30(37) days!
