Black Mage needs a buff to allow casting while Moving.

Yes we do sacrifice damage for mobility and that is the problem. We sacrifice pretty much all of our damage for mobility, scathe and 1 spell don't help at all compared to Fire spam. And considering our standing DPS is on par with other DD classes who can move without much hassle to their rotation it really cripples the whole class.

So you are right Scathe and 1 instant cast ability is pretty worthless and we need another solution.
