I said in another post take away the damage portion, make it a self buff that if your target dies within 5 seconds you are healed. At least you can use it as a self heal when soloing or when your doing trash in instances. It hits for maybe 150ish crit at lvl 33 and thats light s sliver of health even on trash in instances. So hard to time.

Pretty much this.

Its a great heal if you get it off even better if you can do it in a dungeon mid fight but its so damn hard to time correctly.
