    ....paid for a customer support nightmare.....

    I need help.... I need someone from square enix to contact me, your friggin support centers dont open until I'm already at work and they close when i get off, I dont have time to sit around in a 4~6 hour long queue hopping to god that someone actually picks up. (that would be if I could get anything but a busy signal from phone support)

    I have been trying for nearly a week at this point (it'll be a week tomorrow morning) to contact customer care about my game key being registered to the wrong service account, in the mean time I cant play my character (I cant start from level one again, i'll lose all interest in the game if i have to) as the "trail" is already up, and the most I have gotten from SE was an email stating it would be 2 business days before the issue is resolved, and that was middle last week...

    At this point I'm really losing motivation to even keep trying, I don't feel like I paid for an awesome MMO, I feel like I paid for a game whats whole point is to see how long it takes to get on the line with customer care. really thinking about calling amazon and finding out who i need to talk to for a refund.

    I used my whole last day off trying to sit in queue for chat and constantly redialing phone support only to hear a busy signal everytime (I got an app for my phone that auto-redials busy numbers... over 300 calls and couldnt even get into queue)

    I'm at a complete loss as to what I should do... I've tried countless emails, got in queue for chat at least 10 times and pleased over 300 calls to phone support.. and all I get is a bullshit email about "2 business days"...

    Not really sure what to do other then ask for a refund and try the game again in 3 months... I'm out of trail time on my main service account and I've already used up 6 days of my free 30 and haven't played once in that time....

    WTF WTF WTF WTF WTF!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?

    CALM YOUR TITS! I WAS IN THE SAME PREDICAMENT AS YOU! I RECOMMEND KEEP TRYING PHONE SUPPORT! IT'S EXTREMELY FASTER! DON'T FLOOD THEM WITH MULTIPLE TICKETS. IF YOU CAN'T GET A HOLD OF THEM THROUGH PHONE THEN I GUESS TICKET OR CHAT SUPPORT IS THE NEXT BEST THING UNLESS YOU HAVE A FAITHFUL FRIEND OR SOMEONE WHO WOULD TRY CALLING THEM FOR YOU TILL THEY CAN RESOLVE IT. JUST GIVE THAT PERSON YOU TRUST YOUR INFO AND TICKET NUMBER FOR THEM TO READ IT TO THE REPRESENTATIVE WHEN HE NEEDS TO VERIFY YOUR BDAY, FULL NAME, EMAIL, AND ADDRESS. READ ON:


    Resolved: 4 hours of being on hold over the phone.

    Call started at 1:09pm, they picked up at around 4:14pm and ended at 4:20pm.

    So after the incident I've had with my 2 service account issue, I finally got a hold of a representative and though I was expecting a rude guy over the phone, he seemed so calm and a bit overwhelmed as I apologized and told him my issue. I gave him my ticket number as well as my info to verify my account.

    So once it was verified he asked me to hold on as he went ahead and fixed my issue on the spot. Didn't have to wait hours or days for them to fix my service account issue. He came back on the phone and said, "Alright miss, I have transferred your CE items from Service Account 2 to your Service Account 1 and everything is there" Although, I did confirm with him that if i have made a character on the Second Service Account, it would have been erased and not transferable.

    But as he spoke the words I was sooooo waiting to happily hear we said our goodbyes as I thanked him gratefully. I went ahead and checked my mogstation to happily find everything was fixed! I was overwhelmed with joy as tears almost ran down my cheeks!

    He has said a few things,

    "Yea we have a high number of emails and tickets with the same issues and sometimes repeat tickets which overwhelms the traffic and makes us even work harder to get to the ones that really matter such as your issue"

    "Yea, the best way to get issues resolved quickly is getting through contact support over the phone".


    Btw, I am NA-PC Digital Collectors Edition customer and I have waited 4 days with an inactive account and 4 hours for a rep to finally pick up. I called 858-790-7529. And btw, do not send multiple tickets lol. I advise you, that is why it's harder for them to resolve issues. Once you get a hold of a rep, he's gonna ask for 1 ticket and that's either your "Wrong Service Account" Form ticket number or one of your more important ticket numbers you have sent unless you have multiple issues with your account.

    But anyway, yes, my account is fixed and now prepared to continue leveling tomorrow morning!

    did it transfer you're free 30 days? because I'm going to shit brix if they tell me after all this i have to buy more time after having not even used any...

    Once they fixed it, my free sub time went from 24 days to 30 days. They reset it.

    WOOT! not so pissed anymore.... I can live with losing my life for a days to catch up with my buddys so long as i get my 30 days back lol

    Hate to break the bad news but your in this cluster f that a lot of us are in, So do not feel to bad there are thousands still trying get theres fixed , and to make matters worst if you got the ps3 version it will take a act of god to get fixed. Even if you were to get a hold someone. This is the link you might want to visit.
