The PROBLEM is Yoshida and the DEV not 100% prepared with providing enough Servers and Services that initiates the LOAD BALANCING for each Server which also include the QUEUE system and Duty FINDER.

LOAD BALANCING

It has been on my mind for a few days now, but I wonder at what point the bing phrase "load balancing" became so mainstream? I mean, I have used the term once or twice, when appropriate, but it seems very unlikely that the number of people using the term actually know what it means; or more specifically, what it entails. Load balancing requires a dedicated process on the server or - more likely on large processes - an entire server to handle job scheduling, memory optimization, inter and intra server data traffic, and any number of small tasks that I have forgotten. All of that requires dedicated maintenance, development time, and - most importantly - actually represents a nominal hit in performance. The more balancing you have, the more processing time is devoted to managing all of the various tasks and messages have to be routed to more and more complex subsystems. That isn't to say that load balancing isn't a good thing; but it's a tool not some magic wand you wave over the bloody servers to make them go faster.

As an aside, after a quick Google search (and someone with a more intimate knowledge of the subject matter can and should refute me), it looks to me - according to this fairly scetchy survey site - as if WoW concurrency numbers are slightly less optimistic than some have been proselytizing.
