Please someone official send me a sign that you are seeing this thread. Please tell me more information, relevant information, that actually leads to solving the problem.
Have you not realized how frustrated you are making your community, not because of servers, not because of idiotic web design, but because of this, right now, of making us repeat the same old useless queue over and over again.
It is not the problem that is making me angry, it is in part my fault, tho by seeing this thread I feel reasonable in thinking it was an honest mistake anyone could have made. I am angry at the customer service.

If anyone get this fixed, I ask you please, in name of this riff-raff of a community we created in this topic, please rate customer service the lower you can. Yes, when you do get hold of these agents, they are nice, but this is how it works, they put a nice innocent in front to shield from their high-paying job of developing a utterly shameful system of dealing with this issue. Please rate customer service the lower you can, and if possible, give details about what is going on. And after all this is over and stuff is calmer, say, 6 months from now, put a note in your schedule and come back here, ask if the same people are in charge.
If the answer is yes, let them know how disappoiting that is and how this affect any future purchase, of say, this very game's expansion pack.

This experience has left a very deep stain on SE's record for me. I had plan to sub 90 days at a time, but now will not even have it on auto renew for the foreseeable future just because SE doesn't deserve that type of loyalty.

Besides, I'll still have to fight and kill the 1017 and 90000 tag team boss match to be able to login again after maintenance.

I must admit, now that my problem is solved all the hate and insanity has left my body. FFXIV is really a great game and the only reason I put up with all that crap is because I wanted to play it so bad.

Someone was told earlier that you have to contact them somehow and give them some information to have it escalated.
