    Thank you sooo much! I was really exaggerating my frustrations earlier and I truly did apologize to the representative. For him to help fix my issue only took less than 15 minutes. I'm a happy camper right now. Omgosh sooo relieved! Now to subscribe for 90 days! lol XD
