    I've been pretty patient and calm about this entire situation. I've got to say though, I'm beginning to get pretty fucking salty. I'm glad that some North American players have had their accounts fixed instantly today, but there were several of us that contacted them last week by phone after sitting on hold for 4+ hours that still haven't been sorted (as far as I know). There is no reason that should be happening.

    5 hrs total in chat. made it to 1 twice and no agents. left a nice email response demanding a reply. action is already in place to get a refund and never see this game again.

    You: i did but it wasnt showing up on my ticket page
    Agent Thomas A: It wouldn't show on the ticket page as its a special escalation.

    Agent Thomas A: Im going to check on the escalation to make sure theres nothing wrong though.

    So basically, yes PS3 takes longer than PC and I'm pretty much SOL for now. Anyone know if I can just upgrade from the PSN? Would that work or just waste more money. I"m getting fed up with waiting.

    Anyone know if Verizon wireless phones (unlimited talk) can use the support phone number without extra fees? I've NEVER had to call a company that doesn't have a toll free support number. This is ludacris that you even have to put in a ticket and hope it results in the number as is. With these hold times I dont need a surprise bill. Ive given chat several attempts each ending in getting booted so I wanna try the phone queue. Thanks.

    Got done chatting with agent Austin, confirmed that sony is definitely needed to fix the ps3 issue. Was unable to confirm if they are doing them in a batch or one at a time. So at this point for PS3 there's clearly a bottleneck somewhere. Either Sony is being slow with handling submitted info or Square is holding onto said info to submit once they have so many users. Either way it adds up to PS3 users getting treated like a prom night dumpster baby.
