Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

3rd time.. this time was from 300 to 1 then Cancel... took me 1.5 hrs. Which is the same time i been in the phone queue. Thank God i decided to do both queues. Still on the phone queue.

Called NA support this morning right at 9 am when the opened. Talked to an agent after being on hold for 49 minutes. He escalated my account and said it would be be fixed in 48 hours -2 weeks but could be even sooner than the 48. Just checked my account before posting this and my issue has been fixed so it took around 5 and half hours after it was escalated. They also reset the 30 days along with moving my CE items over.

What the f*** is the purpose of having two service accounts anyway?

It for RMT players no other purpose, Or for people that would like run 5 computers at same time and have them all hook to same account and sell there account to a RMT sellers site for max money. Might be that they figured it would be easy for there japanese crowd also, but not the rest of the world. Most normal house holds or family would Just create there own square service accounts for each member of the family. There is a reason that no modern mmo has this kind of a set though.

Next person that gets into chat, can you ask if they have any idea what's going on with those of us who play on PS3. Both sony and square are pointing to the other as the source of the slow speed/no fix.
