    No they're not. They done that to tickets a couple days after the EA started because they had "too many" to handle.

    Anyone mind posting the support number, and I also can't seem to find this live chat section in the support page everyone is talking about. I filled out a form and everything, but I need help with my PC version and from reading from others, PC seems to get fixed quicker.

    The "directions" to the live chat aparently were...erased by SE. People can't find them anymore. PC does not get fixed quicker. Some people here are waiting since EA started.

    Even if it was cancelled it makes no difference I have put one through every day since 8/26/2013 filling out the correct Support Form and still nothing but auto-replies.

    One of them directed me to fill out the support from that the ticket contained so total proof that they don't look at them at all before replying if it wasn't an auto-response.
