lol, I was wondering how the hell there were players with the full set already. This was on a newbie server and only a week since launch.

I dont really mind it. It kinda congratulates you for reaching end game and gives you starter gear for it. What drops off the current eng game dungeons and raids? As a future male Bard ... Id like to get rid of that godawful set ASAP.
