Also, I asked specifically how the 7 days will be applied tomorrow giving every permutation as a multiple choice option (7 days on 1st "locked out" account and 30+7 on 2nd account or just 0 on 1st "locked out" account and +7 on second account). Support simply doesn't know the answer at all.

Want a refund? Bought through square enix? Well, you still have to go through a third party site that handles their transactions. Seperate service entirely. I think the key phrase here with all of this support nonsense and poor design is "Not integrated".

If you want a refund. Do not go about it that way. Call your credit card customer service. Ask that they reject the transaction. Done. Most credit card companies will do it on the spot with no questions asked.

It doesn't work like that. At least with Bank of America. I went through a 3 months process with another company. It's true they will give you the money up front until the resolution is closed...but if you do not win the chargeback, the bank will take the money back. Then, you have a banned SE account and no money to show for it.
