For the live support chat.I'm not sure what you all are in a queue for, but I thought i'd mention that I was on hold for 2 hours, 52 minutes on friday evening before they got to me. I was just glad they didn't hang up on me. Anyway, Tuesday now, and still no progress on if what was done fixed my problem :/
Same thing happened to me for live chat. I opened a new session from the support page right at 9AM when they opened and started out at number 96. After 2 hours I had dropped to around number 50.... And then my status got cancelled.
Thankfully I'm still on hold for phone support too... but somehow despite calling the second it was 9AM, I'm still in queue after 2 hours.... *sigh*.. I hope I can get this fixed today... If not I'll have to wait until next week to try again.
its 11 am. most places don't take lunch breaks till 12-1pm
Been trying to call SE with my new Ticket since any Ticket a few days ago that was over 48 hours old were removed or ignore which annoys me. Busy line over and over again and it didn't help that I couldn't contact SE over this weekend and I like to get my CE Content Account straighten out and put on my intended Account... I don't want to redo my character all over again on my second character when I already worked so hard getting where they are right now.
Is there any other means of contacting SE and getting the Account Issue resolved? I want to play the game again but I can't.
