GG Square Enix. Best customer support ever. Waited the entire weekend for this. Awesome. The queue took like 2 hours. It feels like this call center is being ran by monkeys.

I'm not sure what you all are in a queue for, but I thought i'd mention that I was on hold for 2 hours, 52 minutes on friday evening before they got to me. I was just glad they didn't hang up on me. Anyway, Tuesday now, and still no progress on if what was done fixed my problem :/

im trying to think positive here. maybe they needed to have a meeting and make a strategy like that in EU CS where the SEE were able to resolve the issue in just minutes.

I hope I still get through the number is dropping like a rock I think they reset the queue or something cause I dropped 70 spots in 10min

Same thing happened to me! I was down to 77. Now im 265! WTF!?

Guess this explains why it's dropped 40 people in a few minutes. Took an hour and 1/2 just to get from 200 to 150 then bam started dropping numbers.
