So... has anyone in the US had them just fix the problem right there in the chat, like they were doing for EU customers?
I do plan on asking if escalation actually does anything and what the point of it is.
Why are they making everyone spend hours of their time on hold/in queue.

Nope. Still trying to chill after finding out my escalated ticket from a week ago hasn't been touched but other people get it escalated after that are fixed lol. What happened to first come first serve!?
